Beth, a recent guest from Ohio, captured this photo of a Blue Heron near the jetty right in front of the Cottage late in the day.  She says she watched it struggle to eat a small crab then walk slowly and gracefully through the water towards the beach.  Blue Herons are seen often this time of year at the Cottage.
